A valid credit card in the name of the guest must be presented on check-in or upon booking. A one-night deposit is required upon booking, the remainder of payment will be charged to your card five days prior to your arrival. Leave it as you Found it - At Check-Out please leave the apartment as you found it -

Our “Leave it as you found it” policy, means return all furniture to its original place if it has been moved, dishes must be washed, dried and put away. Please do not remake the beds just them leave them as is.

An extra $50 cleaning fee will be charged if apartment is found to be not suitably tidy. Please remove dirty/sandy footwear outside apartments; No illegal activity permitted; checked in guests only.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Face to face Check-in time is from 2.30pm – 6.30pm on the day of arrival.
Self-Check-In from 6.30pm or at any time is available.
Check-out time is to be completed by 10am on the day of departure.

Late Check-In

If Guests are arriving later than 6.30pm, Self-Check-In is available.


Should you wish to cancel your booking; this must be done via the same online reservation system or direct email/contact that you used to book your accommodation.

No-Show will incur full charge of accommodation booked. Any damage caused during the stay may be charged against the credit card used at booking.


We reserve the right to refuse a reservation at any time from any person if we reasonably believe the person:

  • is not the person named on the reservation
  • is not the person named on the credit card or not authorised to use the card
  • is not able to pay for any additional charges
  • may cause damage to the property or other guests
  • may exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour
  • is younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age
  • is concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal

We reserve the right to eject guests from the Property who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Property Rules. No refund will be given, and charges will apply for any damage caused.
